New relationships need our resources of attention—they’re like seeds that need cleared ground to sprout and grow. Collaborations and community partnerships demand “space” to grow strong and yield the impact we want, but we wind up adding them onto already overstuffed organizational agendas. Clearing a place for new commitments means assessing what and how we are doing things now— And asking tough questions about what we could stop doing in order to create new, productive territory.

Participants in this session will discuss sample scenarios about organizational change and new partnerships, and engage in problem-solving and making hard choices that lead to greater impact.
